The Bradford Barn Bundle Rental Package

Includes

  • Main Barn Room

  • Pavilion (seasonal May-Oct)

  • Silo Room

  • Rec Room (storage, by request only)

  • Loft space for DJ

  • Accommodations for  125- 175 guests

  • White chairs, round tables, & rectangular tables

    • All table & chair set-up included​

  • Access to Bluetooth sound equipment

  • high-top tables

Additional Fees

  • $35/hr Security (required for 100+ guests)

  • $225 Alcohol Permit

Minimum Rental time of 4hrs for all Rental types. We do not  offer any free additional time for set-up or clean-up. Renters are only allowed in the building during the paid for hours. Please review our contract carefully; if any policies are not followed it will result in loss of the Renter's security deposit.

  • $500 Additional Security Deposit, refundable 30 days after the event

  • $300 per hour outside of bundle hours listed

  • $35/hr Olympia Fields Police Security Fee required for groups 99+ & teen parties 50+

  • $225 Alcohol Liability Insurance available

General Policy

Olympia Fields Park District does not offer any decorating services, provide any linens, catering or bartending services. We no not have any preferred vendors, and welcome every company that provides to our renters for the duration of the events.
